Claims (1)
[0001]
1- Method to generate at least one warning (3) to a user (6) in a shared vehicle (1), where the vehicle comprises a processing unit (11), and where the method to generate the at least one warning ( 3) comprises the steps of:
- receive in the processing unit (11) a travel request, where the travel request is required by a user (6), and where the travel request comprises an origin (4) and a destination (5),
- calculate in the processing unit (11) a trajectory of the vehicle based on the trip request,
- reserve a space (13) in the vehicle (1) for the user,
- determining the space (13) occupied by the user in the vehicle, and
- generating the at least one warning (3) for the user (6) based on the vehicle's trajectory and the space (13) occupied by the user (6) in the vehicle.
2- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to claim 1, characterized in that the step of generating the at least one warning (3) to the user (6) is based on a period of time before the vehicle arrives to destination (5), where the period of time is previously defined by the user (6).
3- Method to generate at least one warning according to claim 1, characterized in that the step of generating the at least one warning (3) to the user (6) is based on the distance before the vehicle reaches the destination, where the distance is previously defined by the user (6).

Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the processing unit (11) calculates a generation time of the at least one warning (3) as a function of the time period and / or of at least one distance to the destination and / or a number of intermediate stops and / or a forecast of the traffic and / or a sequence of traffic lights and / or a traffic history.
5- Method to generate at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims characterized in that a communication between the processing unit (11) and the user (6) is by means of a mobile electronic device (2).
6- Method to generate at least one warning according to claim 5 characterized in that the step of determining the space (13) occupied by the user (6) in the vehicle (1) comprises at least an exchange of wireless signals between the mobile electronic device (2) and at least one vehicle transceiver (7).
7- Method to generate at least one warning (3) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the step of determining the occupied space (13) by the user (6) in the vehicle (1) is by means of a camera (8)
8- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the step of generating the at least one warning (3) to the user (6) comprises a vibration in a contact element (14) with the user (6).
9- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the step of generating the at least one warning (3) to the user (6) comprises illuminating at least one light, where the at least one light is associated to the space (13) occupied by the user (6) in the vehicle (1).
10- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the step of generating the at least one warning (3) for the user (6) comprises repeating the at least one warning (3) in a predefined time interval.
11- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an additional step of accepting a second travel request, where the second travel request is required by a second user (9), where the second travel request comprises a second origin (10) and a second destination (11), and where accepting the second travel request is based on:
- determine a compatibility between the travel request and the second travel request, and
- determine if there has been a generation of at least one notice (3), so that: if the determination of compatibility is negative, the second travel request is rejected, and
if the determination of the compatibility is positive and the determination of the at least one notice (3) is negative, the second travel request is accepted, and
if the determination of the compatibility is positive and the determination of the at least one warning (3) is positive, the second trip request is rejected.
12- Method to generate at least one notice according to the claim 11, characterized in that determining the compatibility between the trip request and the second trip request comprises the steps of:
- calculate in the processing unit (11) the trajectory of the vehicle based on the at least one second travel request, and
- determining in the calculated trajectory whether the second origin (10) of the second trip request is prior to the destination (5) of the trip request.
13- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an additional step of checking a reception of the at least one generated message (3).
14- Method to generate at least one warning (3) according to claim 13, characterized in that the step of generating the at least one warning (3) for the user (6) comprises introducing an additional notice (31) based on the stage to check the reception of the at least one generated message (3).
15- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of claims 13 to 14, characterized in that it comprises an additional step of accepting a second trip request, where the second trip request is required by a second user (9) ), where the second travel request comprises a second origin (10) and a second destination (11), and where accepting the second travel request is based on:
- determine a compatibility between the travel request and the second travel request, and
- check the reception of the at least one message (3) generated, so that:
if the determination of compatibility is negative, the second trip request is rejected,
if the determination of the compatibility is positive and the verification of the reception of the at least one notice (3) is negative, the second travel request is accepted, and
if the determination of the compatibility is positive and the verification of the reception of the at least one notice (3) is positive, the second trip request is rejected.
16- Method for generating at least one warning (3) according to any of claims 11 to 15, characterized in that if the at least one second travel request is accepted, the method for generating the at least one warning (3) comprises:
- reserve a second space (12) in the vehicle for the second user (9),
- determining the second space (12) occupied by the second user (9) in the vehicle (1), and
- generating the at least one warning (3) for the second user (9) based on the at least one vehicle trajectory and the second space (12) occupied by the second user (9) in the vehicle (1).
